Gift for Luna and Vader

The stars were shining over the ocean on a cool summer evening. That was a good thing, since Luna did not like intense heat. Her glowing light blue markings seemed to compliment the moon. Her flowing long black hair fluttered in the night breeze. Her arms were tightly wrapped around one of the arms of her companion, who also happened to be her date for the evening, Vader. His black leather clothes gave away his interest in heavy metal music. His large reptilian form seemed to calm Luna, he was strong enough to defend her from almost any assailant. Despite his intimidating appearance, he was very kind and had no intention of harming anyone, physically or mentally.

For an hour, they just stared out to the sea, enjoying each others’ presence. Their love for each other was true and the timing of their date couldn’t have been better. No one else was around, so they had the whole beach to themselves.

They looked up in surprise at the sight of a shooting star. They say that if you make a wish on one, it will come true. Luna and Vader tried it themselves. They each made the same wish. The wish was for them to find true love together. As they looked at each other, they knew that their wishes were identical. At that moment, they hugged each other in a loving embrace. They knew there was no one else for them and didn’t want to lose each other.

As it approached midnight, the two lovers made their way home. Vader escorted Luna home. As if to confirm that their wish had already come true, they gave each other a passionate good night kiss. They held each other tight; they didn’t want to stop just yet. After several minutes, they broke the kiss, and departed almost in tears. Vader asked if Luna would like to go out on another date soon. Luna wholeheartedly agreed. Despite their differences, the two lovers would see each other again the next evening. The future looked bright for them, and they knew that their love would last for eternity.
